All projects are executed based on the agreed scope, timeline, and pricing. Any additional requirements or modifications requested after project initiation may be subject to extra charges and extended timelines.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for project execution. You also confirm that you own or have the necessary permissions for all content, materials, and data shared with us. Any misuse of our website or services, including unauthorized access or illegal activities, will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made as per the agreed quotation or proposal. A percentage of the total amount is required as an advance before the project begins, and the remaining amount is to be paid upon completion or as per the agreed milestone plan. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of the project.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, CCIT India owns all intellectual property rights for the design, code, and content developed during the project, until full payment is received. After completion and payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party tools or libraries used under license agreements.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide error-free and secure solutions, CCIT India shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, downtime, or performance issues caused by external factors beyond our control.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time for non-compliance with these terms, non-payment, or any activity deemed harmful or illegal. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for partially completed work.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
